Yes. If the project needs more capacity than we have or a different specialism, we'll say so before you commit rather than force the fit. Turning down the wrong project costs both sides less than starting it.
English by default, for everything from the first call to the handover videos. We also speak Slovak, Polish and German, so if one of those is easier for you, just say.
