Ongoing support should make design easier to plan, not create another dependency.

Brightline principle
Is this you?

The design work never stops coming.

Small design tasks keep interrupting you or your team.

Website updates wait because nobody consistently owns them.

Campaigns and everyday marketing need someone who already understands the brand.

The work comes in bursts, but not enough to justify another full-time hire.

You do not want to brief a new freelancer every time something small appears.

Some months are quiet. Others need a bigger design push.

If that sounds familiar, the problem may not be a lack of designers. It may be a lack of dependable design capacity that is already there when the work appears.

Not sure whether 10 hours is the right amount?

Tell Mike what keeps coming back each month and what tends to get delayed. If hourly help or a scoped project would make more sense than Design Partner, we'll say so.

What it can cover

One partner. Whatever needs designing.

Design Partner is deliberately broad. The hours follow the work your business actually needs, rather than forcing every month into one type of deliverable.

Website and Webflow updates

New sections, CMS changes, landing-page work, responsive fixes, and ongoing improvements to an existing Webflow site.

Campaign and marketing design

Social graphics, ads, campaign assets, presentations, one-pagers, print pieces, and the formats that support your marketing.

Brand extensions

Templates, visual rules, new applications, and practical additions that help an existing identity work across more of the business.

Design support that changes month to month

Use the capacity where it matters most that month. We agree priorities before work starts rather than locking the plan to a fixed menu.

Who you'll work with

Two people. No layers in between.

The same two people stay responsible for the relationship and the work, so you do not need to re-explain the business each time a new request appears.

How it works

A simple monthly rhythm. Clear priorities.

The point is to make recurring design easier to send, prioritise, and plan. The monthly rhythm stays simple.

Step 1

Start with the backlog

At the start of the month, we agree what matters most, what can wait, and what the available hours should be used for.

Step 2

We schedule the work

Mike keeps priorities and timing clear, while Miška handles the design and Webflow work. You know what is being worked on and what is next.

Step 3

Design, build, review

We work through the agreed priorities, share work for feedback where needed, and keep the hours visible as the month progresses.

Step 4

Unused time rolls forward

Hours you do not use can roll for up to three months, with a maximum balance of 30 hours. That gives quieter months somewhere useful to go.

Planning a larger push with accumulated hours? We schedule the capacity with you so the work fits realistically around active projects.
Why it helps

Less time on design. More time on the business.

A small amount of reserved design capacity can remove repeated bottlenecks without creating another hire or another supplier to manage.

Predictable capacity

You already know who will handle the next design request, without starting a new search or quote every time.

Less context switching

The relationship and brand context carry forward, so recurring requests do not begin with the same explanation from zero.

Quiet months are not wasted

Unused hours can roll forward for up to three months instead of disappearing at the end of the billing cycle.

One partner across different tasks

Website updates, campaign design, presentations, and brand extensions can sit in the same working relationship.

No long-term lock-in

The plan is month to month. If the need changes, you are not tied into a long contract.

Room for a bigger push

Accumulated hours can fund a more substantial planned piece of work when the timing makes sense.

10 hours each month

Design Partner

Design + Webflow support
750 € / month

10 hours of reserved design and Webflow capacity each month. Unused hours roll for up to three months, capped at 30 hours, so quieter months can build towards a larger planned push.

Ask about the plan

What the plan includes

10 hours added each month
Design and Webflow work in the same plan
Priorities agreed before work is scheduled
Unused hours roll for up to three months
Maximum balance of 30 hours
Larger pushes scheduled around available capacity
No long-term lock-in
Hourly support remains available when it fits better

Design Partner works best when useful design tasks keep returning. If you only need occasional help, €85/hour may be the simpler option. If the work becomes a larger defined project, we'll scope it separately rather than burn monthly hours inefficiently.

Frequently asked questions

The questions founders actually ask.

What can I use the 10 hours for?
+

Design Partner can cover ongoing design and Webflow work such as website updates, landing-page changes, campaign assets, presentations, one-pagers, social graphics, brand extensions, and other agreed design tasks. If something is better treated as a separate project, we'll say so rather than use your monthly hours inefficiently.

What happens to hours I do not use?
+

Unused hours roll forward for up to three months, with a maximum balance of 30 hours. A quieter month can contribute to a larger planned piece of work later instead of disappearing at the end of the month.

Can I save hours for a bigger piece of work?
+

Yes. Accumulated hours can be used for a larger planned push, up to the 30-hour balance. We schedule that work with you around available capacity. If a defined project would be a better use of your budget than monthly hours, we'll tell you.

What if I need more than 10 hours in a month?
+

Tell us as early as you can. We can look at any rolled-over hours, the current priorities, and our available capacity, then agree whether the extra work fits this month, moves to the next, or should be scoped separately.

Am I locked into a long contract?
+

No. Design Partner is month to month and you can cancel any month. The plan is meant to be useful while recurring design work exists, not something you keep paying for because a contract says so.

Is Design Partner still worth it if my workload changes month to month?
+

That is what the rollover is designed for. Some months may use most of the capacity, while quieter months can build a balance for later. If the workload becomes genuinely occasional, hourly support may be the simpler option.

What if I only need occasional design help?
+

Then the monthly plan may not be the best fit. Hourly support is €85/hour for occasional requests. Design Partner makes more sense when useful design or Webflow work keeps returning and having capacity already reserved removes friction.

Is this only for graphic design?
+

No. The 10 hours can be used across agreed design and Webflow work. That can include marketing graphics, presentations and brand assets, but also updates and improvements to an existing Webflow site.
